How much do you charge?

As with anything personalized, I offer many different packages and will help you find the perfect package for your needs. Let’s find the perfect nutrition plan for you

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I do accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO only. If you would like to use insurance, I do offer a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Do you do remote/online coaching?

Absolutely! Nutrition coaching can be done online for anywhere in the world. Check out my services to learn more.
